SanWar RV Park & Resort was built on a dream, a whole lot of sweat, and the unwavering belief that something truly special belonged right here in Washington County. And now, after an off-season filled with hard work, big ideas, and some good old-fashioned elbow grease, we’re gearing up for our first full season – bigger, better, and more exciting than ever.
From the moment we broke ground, this has never just been about building an RV park. Family-built, run with passion, and debated over daily - our goal has always been to create a place where your family can make memories, too. SanWar is where adventure is around every corner, and where the feeling of nostalgia meets the thrill of something brand new.
Along the way, every tree we saved, every stone we laid, and every detail we obsessed over was done with one goal in mind – to give our guests an experience they won’t find anywhere else.

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy – expanding, fine-tuning, and adding new features that will take your stay to the next level. Whether it’s the lazy river winding its way through the park, the rustic charm of our cabins, the thrill of our unique amenities, or the warm welcome waiting for you at the Ghost Town Saloon, there’s something for everyone at SanWar. We’ve made sure of it.
